Install, kemudian saat ada hal seperti ini, hilangkan saja centang untuk bergabung dengan Norton Community Watch



Tunggu sampai selesai proses penginstalan



-Nah, ini yang menyebalkan. Ada jendela mengajak untuk mengaktivasi dan tidak bisa ditutup.
-Intinya kalau ada beginian gak usah digubris saja, klik saja jendela Norton AntiVirus yang ada di belakangnya untuk memulai tahap selanjutnya



Klik Settings



-Masuk ke bagian Miscellaneous Settings,
-Pada Product Security non aktifkan Norton Product Tamper Protection (dari ON ke OFF).
Klik OK



-Saat meminta konfirmasi sampai kapankah penonaktifan itu berlangsung,
-Pilih Permanently.



-Sekarang masuk ke Windows Explorer, buka TrialReset-nya.
-PENTING! Bagi Windows Vista/7 untuk membukanya HARUS dengan cara klik kanan lalu Run As Administrator.



-Klik Install
-Windows otomatis restart.



Setelah restart, buka Norton AntiVirus, lihat sekarang sudah teraktivasi untuk 165 hari.



-Lakukan update virus definition,
-UPDATE PERTAMA DAN KEDUA BIASANYA MEMAKAN WAKTU YANG LAMA (BERMEGA-MEGA)
-TAPI SETELAH ITU, KETIGA DAN SETERUSNYA CUMA BEBERAPA MEGA SAJA.
-kecuali memang disaat nantinya norton mengalami updating program, maka akan update besar lagi.

Catatan penggunaan NTR 3.1

* Bg yg ingin mengintall NTR 3.1, uninstall dulu NTR 3.0.
* Jika ada norton 2011 sblm versi 18.1.0.37 (aplg Beta version) uninstall dulu dengan Norton Removal.
* Setelah menginstall NTR 3.1 bs dipake langsung Nortonnya dan update tanpa melalui restart.
